Our Non-Profit Goal

The Nursing Vision was created to give nurses the tools they needed to present a more professional image of themselves to their patients and the public. The Nursing Vision is led by Sandy Summers who has worked since 2001 to increase the professional image of nursing. Too few uniforms on the market today help society see nurses as educatated, competent professionals. Summers was determined to change what was available to nurses to help them look like the true professionals they really are.

The Nursing Vision's mission is in line with the missions of The Truth About Nursing and the Center for Nursing Advocacy (the Truth's predecessor). The Nursing Vision also helps the Truth About Nursing pursue its mission by giving it all The Nursing Vision's profits. Funding is a vital component to accomplishing The Truth About Nursing's mission.

While The Nursing Vision is technically a for-profit venture, all of its profits go to support a non-profit cause. When you buy our uniforms, you help support The Truth About Nursing's mission.
